Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Charles Mace and his son, Justice, came aboard for one of their trips of the year today. Little did Charles know but Justice brought some smack down with him....brought it in a can. He proceeded to open it up on the first hole producing some small trout and a little shark.

Later we moved over to a spanish spot where he made quick work of some big ax handles.

Then he got a flounder.

Later we picked up some more spanish, ladyfish and blues....as you can see in this shot, there's no Justice for these fish...they never had a chance!

I want to give a shout out to the guys at the launch this morning from Atlanta. Thanks for reading my reports and the compliments. I invite you to start posting your fishing trips and pictures on the cyberangler forum. Maybe if we get some of you guys to start posting we can get some real threads from some real fisher people and talk about fishing in a positive way. Leave the haters where they belong...on that other forum.
Also, I want to talk about what I do and guiding in general. All of the guides out there that are catching fish and have successful businesses have the same thing in common: they work hard for their clients and are entertaining. My business thrives because of all of the return customers I have. I want to personally apologize to all of the folks I have had to turn away this summer because of my being booked when you call. My goal, as with most guides, is to make sure each and every trip is a memorable excursion which includes the fishing, sights and having fun on the boat. One thing we always do is have fun on the boat. Each trip is customized to the ability of the fisherpeople I have on the boat. The novices and children, spanish, blues and easy trout or reds. For the experienced people it's casting for trout and reds or livebaiting for the same. All of you have one thing in common when you leave; you had fun and caught fish. Isn't that what it's all about? Thanks to everyone that reads my reports and those that fish with me. You make me successful and I am humble by you.
