Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Everyone knows the guy who has never been is going to catch the best and biggest of the day. By the end of the day, Scott, Brian and Bruce had seen this young novice transform into a junior fisherman.
After losing one and missing another nice red, Keith decided to land this pig on 8lb. line and an LY.

We set up on one of my ledges for a few minutes but the wind and tide were wrong so we left. Before we left, Keith put a small flounder in boat. I suggested to everyone on the boat that we make sure he gets his trout so he can have the slam. Even though it wasn't a big one, it was a trout all the same and Keith's first time out lands the N. Florida slam.

Nice trout caught by Brian:

We had a lot of fun with the big spanish piling into the bay catching upward of thirty or more with a few in the five pound range. Good job guys. Take a look.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

The spanish are piling into the bay, big and easy to catch. This will continue the rest of the summer.
Trout and reds on the flats with the redfish starting to pick up again.
Kings offshore.
Target Species:

Anything that swims
