Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

I fished a few days over the weekend and will post a report tomorrow. Due to the way CyberAnler works I can only write once a day.
I have been carefully watching the oil situation, gathering information to help assess the growing problem. First, it looks like the flow could be slowed or stopped within five days. Next the gulf stream kind of by passes Panama City due to the cape. Last, I truly believe that we would get a minimal amount in the bay that will effect the fishing.
A lot of people read my reports. This is for you and your friends that either come here to relax, fish or both. The worse thing you can do is stay away. We need everyone to come down and fish, enjoy the beach, basically ignore what's going on. You coming, spending money whether with me or another guide, will prop up the local economy and help all of us in the long run. Come to Panama City and have some fun, spend some money, help your vacation area.
We have all had hit's and had to tighten our belts and this oil situation is just one more issue that we have to deal with. God will smile on us and get us through this. That said; hope to see all of you down here and on the water this summer catching fish and enjoying the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches.
