Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

My inshore post didn't post yesterday so here it is.

It's been windy with lots of swell, but the warmer temps have made the fishing really good. St. Andrews Pass is producing Sheepshead, Spanish, and Reds daily.

Along the beach we are finding some Pompano, a few Reds, and yes the Cobia have made it here this year.

Cobia fishing requires time in the tower riding up and down the beaches. It is not fast action like fishing in the pass.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

The pass should remain strong with above listed fish. Pompano and Cobia are just getting started. Soon big schools of Jack Crevalle will offer great top water action along the beaches.

Target Species:

Pompano
