Panama City Nearshore

Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fished with a group of guys from North Carolina today. Started the day with Jack landing a nice slot size redfish and a good speckled trout before moving to the gulf beach. Again the gulf beach was alive, we cast spoons and jigs to the schools of different species moving up and down the beach. The water was perfect for our trip a light swell on the beach and crystal clear water. Lost count of the total catch but ended up with a nice box of Spanish, redfish and trout.
Did witness the impossible today as one of them now known as " Mastercaster" was able to cast a 3" live bait through a small eye bolt. Again greenhorn luck
thanks again guys
