Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

What can I say....been a redfish party lately. Most of my fall spots are full of good fish. Anyone that wants to fish with me this time of year can count on good fish. I don't sit on my redfish and catch one after another for three or four hours so you can be that there are fish for you to catch. Along with the reds we have been putting some great numbers of keeper trout in the boat. Catching all of these fish both on live bait and artificial, DOA on a DOA popping corks is my favorite. Take a look:

I continue to put clients on legal grouper in the bay along with many good spanish, blues and flounder.

Went fishing with another great guide, Capt. Mike Falzone, yesterday. Limited out on snapper quickly and had some good grouper. Good friends and a good trip.

DUCK SEASON
EARLY TEAL AND WOOD DUCK begins this weekend. I have seen a lot of teal migrating through the area the last five or six days which means we should have a great season. I have some days available and will garauntee shots at ducks.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Everything is hot. We caught 11 reds this morning, catching a bunch every day. The grouper in the bay bite should continue through October.
Spanish, blues and other migrating fish can be caught through the holidays.
Flounder will start moving toward the gulf any time now.
Target Species:

grouper in the bay, reds, trout and flounder in big numbers
