Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report
Panama City/NW Florda
WINTER SPECIAL: BOOK A HALF DAY, GET THE NEXT HALF DAY, HALF PRICE. GOOD THRU MARCH 15, 2008
Don't let the look on this little cuties face fool you. Elizabeth Bramlette landed her first flounder a couple of days ago on the back side of Shell Island.
Just keeping with whats working. Been putting a good ole fashion beat down on the flounder for two weeks now. I expect this to continue thru the first week of December.
Spanish are moving into the bay....there actually seems to be more bait than fish this fall.
Still catching reds and trout at will but the main emphasis these last few weeks has been flounder and the big spanish. Flounder can be caught all over the bay by bouncing grubs.
I will be in Mexico this week fishing at the Ascension Bay Bonefish Club. Bones, snook, poon's and permit. I'll post a report when I get back.
DUCK HUNTING
I am completely booked the first phase. Have a lot of days available for the next phase which starts on December 8th. Been seeing a lot of birds moving thru the area. I will be hunting and offering trips to Lake Wimico this year for a small additional fee.
I'm the best in the area and that's why I stay booked. If you want to go with me, book early.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, stay safe on the water and in the woods.
Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida.
Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
