Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

These were our Red Snapper before my battery died on me. We ended up with four Almaco jacks, five Triggerfish, two Gags, and one Scamp, As well as the snappies in the pic. Not bad for a four hour trip! 4 people 4 hrs. $450. I hope they can eat all these fish and not leave them in their Condo to go to waist. We smacked them on Light Tackle. Our Snapper were not huge, all were about 3 to 8 pounds. Remember... I don't cull fish. I love it when somebody hooks a fish equal to the line test. I'm speaking of the Almaco Jacks. Most were 15 pounders. We had some 15 pound Red Snappers chummed up to the surface of the water in 70 foot of water. No lead, just a chunk and medfium fast action rods. No, we couldn't stop them. I'll break out the cobia gear on that spot next time...
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Inshore is good, beach action is Stellar. Nearshore has plenty of Groceries. Light Tackle is doing plenty of work.
