Pensacola - Saltwater Fishing Report

I had the pleasure of having some great clients on the boat today; Ron and his wife Lupe, and their friend Scott. They were eager to hook up on some big reds in Pensacola Bay and I was eager to show them how good our fishing is.
It started out slow at first, and after we hit a few spots looking for reds, we hit the bridge for some white trout for their fish fry on Sunday. It didn't take long till we had an ice chest full. I was scanning the bay looking for signs of life while jigging for trout, and around 3:00pm the reds popped up about 2 miles to the west of the bridge. We stowed the gear and I put the hammer down, and when I arrived where I spotted the reds, they were busting all around us. My clients loved seeing this lively show, and we had a triple hookup in a matter of seconds. It went that way for about 45 minutes and then it shut off. I was extremely happy that my clients got to see what November red fishing in Pensacola is all about.
Scott shows off his first ever monster redfish.

Ron & his wife Lupe had a great time feeling the power of these big reds.

It was a trip to remember with great fishing, great clients, and great weather.
Till Next Time.
