Pensacola Fishing Charters at Redfish University. Last week was a fantastic week of fishing at Redfish University with many new clients choosing Redfish University for their fishing-catching and instructional needs. The speckled trout and redfish have come alive in the southern bays and huge catches of both species can be expected here at Redfish University. Sebile Bonga Minnows, Berkley Gulp! 5" Jerkshads and Berkley Havoc Grass Pigs have done a number on these very aggressive fish. Most fish were released while some hit the cooler for dinner that evening. Took today off but another nice run of trips Tuesday-Friday of this week and most of May is full. We still have a handful of days available in late April and May so don't delay.
