Pensacola Fishing Charters at Redfish University-April 23,24-
Back from some long distance travel and returned to some excellent fishing and outstanding anglers at Redfish University.
Tuesday and Wednesday morning we guided a duo of clients from Texas and Kentucky. Starting with Sebile Bonga Minnows, nearly every cast resulted in a topwater explosion of 18-24" speckled trout with a few medium-sized redfish that were able to fight off the trout. As the morning went on, the Sebile Stick Shadds cleaned up the rest. Limits of speckled trout were achieved in less than 30 minutes both mornings with over 35 quality trout including some 24" fish with most big trout released. Among other extremely productive techniques applied at Redfish University, our clients during both days learned the importance of Spiderwire Ultracast Invisi-Braid in 6-8# and very long casts with topwater Sebiles. We will be performing an instructional trip tomorrow, a pure catching trip on Friday and we MAY even guide this weekend. We'll wait for the highest bidder!:) Thanks to all the returning and all the new Redfish University clients this Spring. A huge Winter/Spring boom at RU.
