It's widely known that Redfish University's unique specialty in Pensacola is it's superior angling instruction and huge catches of redfish, speckled trout and flounder with artificial baits from Berkley, Sebile and Johnson. Did you know Redfish University also knows how to catch bull redfish, grouper, snapper, kingfish and anything else that swims? Yep, no big deal. We've already booked several Pensacola bull redfish trips in the coming weeks and throughout the Fall and Winter(many more than last season) as well as a handful of bay grouper trips. Everyday at Redfish University. Today and yesterday's trips were instructional/fishing catching combo trips with local anglers and an angler from Thomasville, GA. Redfish University continues to find Pensacola's bull redfish in a few places in the Pensacola area. The great thing is, these big fish are in relatively shallow water and very easy to see. Any bait will work but some of our clients favorites are Sebile Bongas and the use of a flyrod. We will always start with the legal redfish and speckled trout first thing in the morning for anglers looking for Pensacola, Florida's superior fishing instruction and maybe some fish to eat before we begin looking for the bull redfish.
