Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

11-29 & 11-30:
Our first sailfish tournament of the season was the Fish Heads sailfish invitational! We had excellent fishing during the two day tournament unfortunately luck wasn't on our side. The first day we released 6 out of 10 sailfish and the 2nd day 4-10 sailfish. We ended up placing 4th out of 19 boats and won 3rd place money in the Calcutta! Along with the 10 sailfish in 2 days we released we caught 8 blackfin Tuna and numerous mahi mahi to 15lbs.
12-3:
3/4 day fishing charter catches 5-10 sailfish bites. All 5 of our anglers released a sailfish. We also caught blackfin tuna and mahi mahi for dinner. In between the sailfish and mahi bites on our deep sea trolling charter we had plenty of bonito and kingfish action. We caught a dozen bonito and had an equal number of Kingfish bites! Great jensen beach charter fishing going on now!
12-4:
Today we had a 1/2 day charter with Ed and his guests. All they wanted was sailfish and some dinner. Seems pretty easy lately. Each of our four anglers released a sailfish today on our 1/2 day charter. We also caught a dozen false albacore and some mahi mahi for dinner!
A great 1/2 day of fishing!
