Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

In the last few weeks, the Spanish mackerel bite has improved with larger mackerel running 3-5 lbs. and hitting on Gulfstream minnow jigs. Best bite is normally after 10am. There are also some snappers and sheepshead outside along the reefs.

Inside, we're finding some snook, black drum, flounder, bonefish and plenty of sheepshead around structures. The pompano and bluefish action inside remains slow with warmer than average temps. But look for these guys to pick up as we head into February.
