Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report
It's mahi mahi time off the coast of Stuart Florida and April is prime time for gaffer and slammer dolphin from 15 to 25 pounds.
We're catching a few 5 pound dolphin but most of our dolphin have been 7 to 12 pounds, up to 30 pounds so far this spring.
We've been catching a few Blackfin Tuna on the hill but they're not stacked up yet. They stack up on the hill every spring and hang out into the summer months.
Most of the Blackfins we've been catching are 5 to 10 pounds but we catch a few 15 to 25 pound blackfins every spring on the hill.
There's been a few wahoo scattered about and April is an excellent month for wahoo fishing especially around the full moon.
