Plenty to do

Capt. Nick Cremasco

Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishing out of the Stuart Inlet has been good to great depending on your targeted species and how far you are willing to go.

Fishing from the beach to the inshore reefs (135-140ft) has been lock and load for Bonito, Kingfish, occasional Cobia, Dolphin and Sailfish. Fishing on the beach North of the inlet has been RED HOT for Tarpon, Snook and Bonito. Plenty of Bluefish and big blue runners are available for the kids too.

Bottom fishing on the reefs have been good for Mutton, Lane and Mangrove Snapper. Big Ajs and occasional Grouper are being caught too. Our biggest AJ this week weighed in at 94lbs.

Yellowfin Tuna fishing continues to be strong with each of the last 6 trips bringing an average of 5 Yellowfin from 50-80lbs. Plenty of blackfin and the rare dolphin and wahoo have been making an appearance on these East side trips too. Look for that fishing to remain strong up to the full moon on the 31st.

Stuart Fishing Forecast:
