Spring Time is here. . . BIG AND TASTY FISH FOR YOU

Capt. Nick Cremasco

Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

Spring Time is here and fishing is getting good. For the past two weeks we have been targeting Wahoo and Dolphin on the troll. Grouper, Snapper and AJ's for release on the bottom has been great too. We fished 3 Wahoo charters on the East side of the Gulfstream and caught 19-27 Wahoo to 75lbs.

Locally out of Stuart fishing continues to be good with the advent of warm water and plenty of edges forming up. Dolphin fishing remains great with big fish showing up including an 80lb Mahi caught last week. Scattered Wahoo and King action is good from 75-180ft with fish averaging 20lbs.
Bottom fishing remains strong for Grouper, Snapper, Sea bass, triggers and AJ's. As you know most everything must be released despite the epic bite. It seems there is no shortage we catch these fish from 35-220ft of water.

Swordfishing should be very strong over the coming months. Lots of bites and calm weather make it an ample opportunity to catch a big sword. On Saturday the night of the SUPER FULL MOON we had SUPER SWORDFISHING. We caught 6 up to 160lbs.
