Tarpon in Inlet & Good Bottom Fishing

Capt. Nick Cremasco
October 14, 2014
Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

October 9:

This morning Marshal fished in the inlet and released 1 out of 2 Tarpon and about 20 Jacks to 15lbs. The tarpon weighed around 60lbs and was caught on 20lb test and took about 30 minutes to catch. Give us a call to book your river charter or St. Lucie Inlet fishing charter.

October 12:

Today we fished an offshore fishing charter with Barret, Red, Austin and Austin's Dad. We started out trolling and it was a little slow catching a kingfish and a skipjack tuna and missing a couple of other tuna bites. We switched gears to a bottom fishing charter and had excellent action. We caught 6 Amberjack from 15-55lbs. We also caught 5 snapper from 4-10lbs, a pile of Sea Bass and Triggerfish. Constant action and instant bites.
