Stuart - Saltwater Fishing Report

HelloFish Fans, the first cold front didn't show up til Christmas last year but they're rolling thru now and so are the sailfish dolphin tuna and kingfish.

Stuart Florida is the " Sailfish Capital of the World " and the winter migration is finally underway. For the next four to six weeks packs of sailfish will be migrating down the coast to the warmer waters of se Florida. On most days we'll catch three to five and any day can deliver double digit releases. Now's the time to get hooked up with Reel Busy Charters and catch you some.

The dolphin fishing has been pitifully slow but they're starting to show up. The dolphin bite was great last February and I'd expect more of the same this year. It's always nice to catch a couple dolphin for dinner while dancing a few sailfish, you gotta love it.

The blackfin tuna are migrating thru as well. Although not as plentiful this time of year the ones we're catching are all fifteen to twenty five pounds. There's been quite a few hanging around Push Button Hill ten miles off the beach as well.

Kingfish or King Mackerel are scattered about the reef line in Jupiter Stuart and Ft. Pierce. The Spanish Mac are stacked up from Pecks Lake to the St. Lucie Inlet as they are every year providing a red hot light tackle top water bite.

Call or text Captain Wayne for a great day on the water catching fish 772-341-6609 Let's Go Catch'm !
