When the mercury when rises, fish the deeper

water channels and bay bridges. Both have been

producing quality fish. During recent trips

the keeper gags have ranged from 22-30 inches.

The mango snapper have averaged 2-6 pounds.

Pinfish have been the bait of choice and remain

plentiful on the flats. A chum bag tied to your

Anchor rope can bring on a feeding frenzy and

often a shark or two. Heavy spin combos work

best but light tackle can prove to be alot of

fun. When the currents cooking add some lead,

other wise free line your pin on a 40-60 lb.

leader with a 4-6 /0 circle hook.
