Rains Change Salinity & Clarity

Capt. Dustin Hilliard
August 3, 2015
Tampa Bay - Saltwater Fishing Report

Crazy rainy weather we have had last week or so. It's changing the salinity especially around where the rivers run out into the ocean some of the areas like Anclote River and Cotter River where the rivers come out the water is black making it impossible to sight fish anything! It looks like we should have a break this week to let things get hopefully back to normal! In between rain showers we have been getting some nice redfish 25 to 33 inches.
