The Striper and Hybrid bite is good right now on Carters Lake. As most of you know I guide on Lake Allatoona full time. But during the months of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb I like to guide on Carters lake as well as Allatoona. On Oct 22 I got to spend the day fishing Carters Lake with Jerry and Lou.

Jerry, Lou and myself got to the lake right at sun up. The bite started off a little on the slow side but got better as the sun came up. The stripers and Hybrids are still on a summer pattern look for them deep out over the river channel. Today we caught fish on downlines and on u-rigs. And we even had a Hybrid that push the scales at 10lbs.......Today was a great day with two very good friends..
