September 10, 2008
Lake Allatoona - Freshwater Fishing Report

This Lake Allatoona striper and hybrid fishing report has been brought to you exclusively by Robert Eidson of First Bite Guide Service, 770 827 6282 www.firstbiteguideservice.com Lake Allatoona, email: [email protected].

Linesides: FISHING IS GREAT Fishing has really been good this week compare to last week. The numbers of stripers and hybrids that we have caught in the past few days compare to the numbers that we where catching back in June, July and August. On Tuesday 9-2-2008 I fished with the guys from John Bleakley Ford and we killed them. We boated 52 fish on a four hour trip. It was a mix bag of Stripers, Hybrid and a few white bass. We marked some really big schools of fish on my Lowrance. At one time we had a school that black the Lowrance out for over and hour. It was one of the best days that I can ever remember for Sept. The fish are starting to scatter. We caught fish this week from the BlockHouse to as far north as Victory Landing. The live bait bite is great right now. Shad, Shiners and bream are all working well. The trolling bite is also good. We caught fish this week trolling U-rigs, Storm Deep Diving Plugs and we als o caught a few on leadcore. There is also a great white-bass bite. Look for schooling whites from Kellogg to the dam. Cast to breaking fish or drop a jigging spoon.

I still have some really good days open for Sept. Give me a call at 770 827-6282 if you would like to book a trip. The Party Boat Trips are starting back up go to www.lakeallatoonafishing.net or call me at 770 827-6282 to book your seat on the next trip. The cost of these trips are as little as $100 per person for a 4 hour trip……
