This striper and hybrid report fishing report has been brought to you exclusively by Robert Eidson of First Bite Guide Service, 770 827-6282. www.firstbiteguideservice.com Lake Allatoona, Georgia email: [email protected].

Linesides: ”Good " Fishing has slowed down a little this week. The blue bird sky's and the Full moon seems to have them scatter all over the lake and water column. Fishing should pick back up by this weekend. The fish that we are catching this week are off of the main lake points. Down lines are working best. In the past two weeks the bite has been best at 18 feet. This week we are catching fish as deep as 35 feet. For Allatoona thats deep for Hybrid. Threadfin shad seems to be the best bait right now. And are easy to catch in the back of the creeks. Or a round any lighted dock. Shiners and bream will also get you a fish are two.

Top Water, the top water bite has really gotten good in the past two weeks for white bass. Popping corks with a Jr. Flute will load the boat for you.

Trolling - Trolling has really slowed down this week. Do to the full moon phase. It to should pick back up by this weekend the Mack Farr u-rig is the only thing I am trolling right now. But any deep diving plug should work. Pull them right over the river channel . Remember summer is here. The fish are schooling up. It is the perfect time to take the kids fishing. I got a summer special going right now. A half day for Dad, Mom and 2 kids for $225.00 . Just mention you saw the ad here
