Capt. Robert Eidson
October 12, 2006
Lake Allatoona - Freshwater Fishing Report

The line side report is bought to you by Robert Eidson of First Bite Guide Service. www.firstbiteguideservice.com 770-827-6282

Line-sides, Fishing is hit and miss right now. One day you can catch a doz. in and hour. Then on the next day do good to boat 4 or 5 the whole day. The lake is turning over right now. So the fish are still scatter from north to south. And up and down in the water column. Will the cold nights that we have been having I look for the lake to be completely turn over with in the next two weeks. And then the fishing should be on fire for line-sides.

When the lake turns look for the bite to be on top water. Use flatlines and plannerboards then. And if you don’t have planner boards get them. I use the Walleye board by Church Tackle and as far as I am concern it’s the best on the market. You can order these boards at http://www.outdoorenterprises.com per Mack Farr. And your u-rigs too.

The night bite is all so starting to improve with a very good crappie bite under Hydro Glow light. www.hydroglow.com It’s that time of the year go feel you freezer.

Trollers- your bite is also improving and the Mack Farr 3 arm with half oz jigs. On the out side and a 1 oz jig. In the middle . Seem to be best right now.

We got a monthly special going right now. We are offering A CARTERS LAKE trip for 3 people for 6 hrs. for $350.00 This special is good for trips book now for the month of Nov........ And remember Kids under 12 always fish free. ( 2 kids per boat ) free
