STRIPERS The is is GOOD for big fish. Where not catching a lot of fish right now. But what we are catching are MONSTERS...I had a really good month for big fish. 8 fish this month over 25 pounds with 4 of them being over 30 pounds... The southend of the lake is by far the best place to be right now....The shad kill as stop due to the water warming up. So these fish are back eating BIG BAIT again... Flat-lines and Planner Boards are working the best right now... Iron Hill is loaded with bait and fish. The only draw back to fishing there is all the boats.. But it is still worth fishing...I have also caught some really good fish. Off of main lake points north of the dam...The fish on the main lake seems to be hitting the u-rig better then live bait.... The fish picture below was caught on Feb 28 2007 By Jim Taneri while fishing with his brother Denis. On a guided trip with First Bite Guide Service. www.firstbiteguideservice.com

Trolling is really starting to heat up. Troll your u-rigs over main lake points and hold on... March is a good month for me when it comes to trolling....

I still got some good days open for March. Give me a call and lets go catch a lake record.........www.firstbiteguideservice.com 770 827-6282

STRIPERS The is is GOOD for big fish. And numbers are starting to pick up to…The south end of the lake is holding good numbers of stripers right now. The key to catching these fish right now is getting your baits up shallow. Run your planners board right up on the bank. These fish are holding in water that is only 2-4 feet deep right now.. The humps out in front of Fisher is a great place to start…. www.firstbiteguideservice.com

Trolling is really starting to heat up. Troll your u-rigs over main lake points and hold on… March is a good month for me when it comes to trolling….
