Line-sides Fishing GREAT. Nothing has change since last week. Sorry for a carbon copy report. But the fishing is just like is was last week but maybe a liitle better.. With this cold weather coming in the fish may move out to deeper water. But should stay in the same area...

There are fish schooling all over the lake right now.. The top water bite is the best I have seen in years. Stripes, Hybrids and spots are busting all over the lake right now. The south end of the lake is the place to be for numbers. But if you want a big fish you would be better off fishing mid-lake to the northend…. Numbers can also be found mid-lake as well.

This is the best part of the fishing report they will hit anything you throw or pull by them right now. Shad, Shiners and any top water bait you have in your box. The key to the top water bite is to use light line… 8 10 test will get you twice as many bites as 12 pound test will… My favorite thing to throw at them is a Lucky Craft Pointer 128 Mike Bucca turn me on to this bait a few weeks back and we ( My Clients ) have been killing them with it.

Finding the fish. This is one of the only times of the year you don’t need your fish finder. These fish are up in the water column and are hard to mark on your fish finder. Just ride the lake in til you see busting fish.. All you need to see is one fish. We stop at one single boil the other day and caught 6 fish… Guys spring is here and so are the fish. Weather you hire me or have your own boat please get the kids and get on the lake. Lake Allatoona is on fire go get them…

THIS FISHING REPORT IS BOUGHT TO YOU IN LOVING MEMORY OF DORIAM ROYSTER .

Doriam is the 17 year boy who drown on Lake Allatoona Sun. We found his body Tues on the southend of the lake. Doriam will be miss by is Family and friends. Nance my prayers are with you and your family..Everybody please put life jackets on your kids this year… Have fun and be safe
