Line side fishing is really GREAT right now if your on fish. If your not you can Zero just as well. The live bait bite is very slow right now. But the trolling and spooning bite is off the charts at time. Trollers this is your time to shine. Mid lake north is still under the alge bloom. And not much is happening on the northend because of it. All the fish I have caught in the last 2 weeks have been south of Clear Creek. Mack Farr u-rigs seem to be the ticket for the trollers right now. Along with a 1 0z flex it spoon for jigging. Look for these fish as deep as 50 feet over open water. The Top Water bite has slowed down a lot. But keep a Jr. Spook ready just in case they pop up. The south end of the lake has been best for top water action the best place right now. If you really enjoy talking striper fishing. And if you fish Lake Allatoona then you need to visit my fishing forum. www.lakeallatoonafishing.net This site is about striper fish ing o n Lake Allatoona. There are a lot of great guys on this site. Please come join us. The next party boat trip w ill be on Oct 6. The cost of these trips is $100 per person. We only take out 6 people at a time so book your spot fast. These trip fill up fast.

SPECIAL NOTE. Just because the lake levels are falling don't think you can't load the boat with fish. The best fishing every year is when the lake is at it lowest. Remember with less water this also means less boats. And less fishing presure. I look for the lake record striper to be caught this year. And I turely believe it will be caught by one of my clients. FIRST BITE GUIDE SERVICE WILL BE OPEN YEAR ROUND THIS YEAR JUST LIKE YEARS PAST. I have a slip on the lake that is in deep water. And remember Nov is one of the 2 best months for striper fishing for #'s April being the other... Call today to book your Oct and Nov trips...
