Lake Lanier - Freshwater Fishing Report
Striper fishing continues to improve on the north en of the lake. The water temps are rising and the fish are feeding heavily getting ready for the spawn. The big fish are running the shallow flats
looking for big gizzards. Pulling these big bait fast in the backs of any creek lake wide, up in the rivers or on major flat and large
point near deep water on the main lake or near creek channel junction will work. Cover as much water as possible. You don't need to put out many big baits, 3 or 4 is plenty, if there big fish around it will eat.
Target Species:
Striper, Striped Bass, Spotted Bass
