Early Spring Musky's in Northern Indiana

Capt. Bryan Piekarski
April 5, 2013
Webster Lake - Freshwater Fishing Report

The weather in Northern Indiana this spring has been anything but predictable. However, the Musky Fishing has been great when I have been able to get on the Lakes. Have boated 4 nice Musky's in 3 trips.....44 1/2", 37", 36" and a client of mine got a Monster 46 1/2" fish that weighed in at 27.33 lbs. All have been caught on a very slow troll in 8-12 feet of water. I am hopeful that the weather stabilizes so we can have some more action. It looks as if it is shaping up to be a great year for Musky's in Indiana!!!
