SW FL is all stirred up - After 2 straight days of 25-30MPH wind, SW FL waters must clear and settle before the bite return. As promised, my report today was suppose to bring you warm and fuzzy feelings wherever you get them but such is not the case. It sucked today.

Punta Rassa/Sanibel/Pine Island Sound have a fish kill problem. Those who are sensitive to allergy symptoms from Red Tide should avoid SW FL until further notice. more...

Gov Rick Scott leaves 1 fish on the table for Fl Guides - Governor Rick Scott has refused to step up and allow grouper season until the end of the year. Our State Waters in SW FL are full of grouper. So, this leaves Florida Guides with the following limits until Jan 1, 2012.
