Delacroix - Saltwater Fishing Report
DAY ONE
Helped Captain Christopher Pike of Cast & Blast Charters LLC with a trip for the MAPS crew from Georgia last Friday morning. David and DJ Gunnin climbed aboard the Majek to chase down some of these Delacroix Redfish. We got on them at our first stop and didn't let up until we had 10 in the box. We moved around the marsh, hitting several spots playing catch and release until lunchtime.
Went on another trip with the MAPS crew from Georgia Friday evening. Russ, Bryce, and Thomas climbed aboard the Majek to chase down some of these Delacroix Redfish on an afternoon trip. We got on them at our first stop, but weather ran us back to the dock. After it passed we put the remainder of their limit on ice and headed back in time supper.
DAY TWO
Helped Captain Christopher Pike of Cast & Blast Charters LLC with the day 2 morning trip for the MAPS crew from Georgia. Chad, Jeremy, and DJ climbed aboard the Majek, and we headed out before daylight, targeting Trout. Our first stop didn't pan out, so we moved to a few rigs and other islands picking up a few before making a last stop on our way in and got on a great bite! Jeremy had big fish of the day with a 4 pounder!! They were a great crew that was a pleasure to fish with. Thanks to Captain Chris for the trip!
