Darrell Dore, Andrew Barron, Daniel Barron, and Chad Lamperez joined me today for some trout and reds. We started the morning off strong slinging in trout and reds, looked as though we had hit the jackpot. The reds were tailing in one foot of water and we were knocking them in their heads!!! Before we knew it someone flicked that switch off again. We went on a mission looking for trout, reds, and bass with no luck. We ended back at our first stop to find a few more trout and a couple reds. Blue Tiger Highlife Swimmer, LSU swimbait were the two top producers today.
