HEADLINES: September 12, 2018:
JC screamed: As JC and Chris departed from Harrison Arkansas after the national MMM yearly meeting. If no one remembers the MMM stands for Marlin, Makeup and Mr Robinson. This ill structered body on fish killers is responsible for mass fish murders all over the world. JC has asked the MMM to vote him in as new congressional chariman or president.

It seems after JC and Chris arrived back in Cabo they got word that in fact JC was named new chairman and president of the MMM and the little twirp Chris was elected as JC,s vice president of this corrupt body. Now it seems JC or little Idi Ameen as they call him in Cabo has managed to out right control all of Mexico and the United States fisheries and mass liquidation of any fish species on the face of the earth.

JC gathered all his staff together to meet in a local Cabo restaurant called the Fish and Shrimp Slaughter Company. Well it was a festive affair for JC and Chris sat there acting like 2 kings and about that time Fishreport Boy showed up. Ok JC Fishreport Boy barked! Why you bring us to this dump.

JC said pipe down people I have an announcemnet to make!

Well kids its true me and Chris did travel to Harrison Arkanasas and I have been elected as the new president and chairman of the board of the MMM Marlin, Makeup and Mrs Robinson. You should all be proud of me and this accomplishment and I want to thank my friend and second in command Chris, a big thank you for all his support through this process.

Fishreport Boy screamed: No JC tell me this isnt so!! Fishreport Boy went on tho say Chris isnt the person that should be second in charge.

Me, Fishreport Boy should be heir to the throne and second in command. JC barked look you lil panzie, Jackalope, Twirp I brought you in to this organization as a writer and thats it. That idiotic fish report you write for me is trash and I will remind you to
shut your trap and leave Chris alone. Chris spoke up and said look you cokamamie lil grunt you are lucky you work here because I have told JC to fire you for years and your still here. Yes, Fishboy you have managed to committ fraud on all our fish report readers and you have actually disgraced JC in front every reader we have.

I want and will take your job for the weekly Fish Report and I challenge you Fish Report Boy to let the readers decide who is actually the best Fish Report Writer. Chris screamed!! from now on I am throwing my 2 cents into the fish report and I want to see
if you can match my wits Fish Boy. You wont be able to, because you will see you are a whining lil Jackalope that needs some competion..

JC screamed ok guys I resemble that remark and I say its game on for Fish Boy and Chris to have a little writing competion that all my readers can see and vote on who will become the Fish Report writing king.

With all that being said JC indicated he wanted to thank the marlin gods for his victory. And this is what he said?

Hello Gods of all Gods! I come to you in response to my MMM victory as the new chairman of the board of this great body. I hear by want thank every Marlin spirit and Bluegill god on my win. I come to you and ask I have the ability to untertake an undertaker and yes any heathen that acts out of retrobution will be assembeled in the access of evil. The Marlin will act in a way that my disciples will bring a can of pork and beans to, and we will all eat Spam in a can for eternity.
My only concern is as I look at the snow and the mountains and I see Jeremy on his snow mobile I will repute what is understadable mine. Yes, that's right the cash and my money will lay low till it becomes apparent, and about that sawmill in the hills of arkanas and with all that being said I do have 3 high quality dumplings to trade for food on my table. These lambs that I offer are milking goats in which will cover my costs for the guardrale that doesnt
come with the wood saw I am selling.

Therefor I offer 3 goats and $600 dollars in cash plus 2 red chickens. Neil has said yes, we have closed the deal. It seems each room will have its own amazing views that I am quite proud of that.
The bad news is that Dons on his way and Mr Walcat is a tough guy to deal with and a jackalope.

Me and Don have decided to put Chris in charge of the new Hotel and I hope Chris understands that Don is not the type of guy you mess with.

Further more it is a heck of a beast? and I invest in oil and gas in Russia and Neil runs day to day operations. The progress that Neil has made is insufficent and I am sending Chris to over see this operation. I have run into an opportunity that takes me to Alaska and I want Chris to ask before he takes on any more delicate accuzations and forces his self into the frozen ice which lies upon the river in the northwest. Yes its true I do have another option and idea and I think the mill is the perfect place to find my stash and use the perfume to energise the pink bunny that walks upon us and please do me a favor and let me show you the property and please have an open mind about this.

With this all being said guys I will end my speech to you and I hope both Fish Report Boy and Chris can resolve their differences and Boys I want to see this in writing. I hope I have made myself very clear about everything I have said today and now I say to you all go and do the jobs I assigned you and I dont want to see any of you till next week. Not you Chris, I mean the rest of these Jackalopes. Thank you all and remember JC loves each and every one of you, except Fishreport Boy

JC,s Lies and Adventures continues next week, same Battime, same Batstation.

Jc Sportfishing Charters is a family owned and operated business and has been fishing in Cabo San Lucas for the past 18 years. Jerry, explains that his charter business is geared more for families and novice anglers, making sure everyone who charters a boat with him have a great time and lots of fun. We welcome families, and groups. We want everyone who fishes with us to take all the sites in and have a memorable experience. This is what is most important to us. We have and do a few tournaments each year and can cater to fisherman who might be interested in tournament fishing. Well lets get on with the fishing report for this past week.

WEATHER: HOT, HOT and HOTTER that is just the way it is here in Cabo now with about everyday pushing the 100 degree mark and lows in the mid 70,s. It seems the last 2 summers have been hotter than normal that I remember and I have been here a long time. Some days have been a little cloudy that has made for really humid weather with not a lot of storms down south. It seems we have been pretty lucky so far.

WATER: Still dirty brown and green warm water close to shore with not much change in temperature. The whole area is blanketed in a warm bathtub like water with fishing not being to bad. The Striped Marlin which prefer a little cooler water are not round like normal but the Blue Marlin are here in good numbers and this everything to do with our warm water temperatures.
Please check out the Tempbreak map link below to get a good idea on water temperatures.
http://www.tempbreak.com/index.php?&cwregion=cb

BILLFISH: Pacific side is where the action has been with Striped Marlin, Sailfish and Blues. Blue Marlin fishing continues to be the hot species of the week. It seems the fish have moved up to the Pacific side where the water has been somewhat cooler, around San Jamie Banks and the Migrino area. Most of the Blues have been landed with lures and the Striped Marlin on live bait. So if you're into Blue Marlin you had better get to Cabo, as this year has been really good and we think it will continue through October.

DORADO: Fishing for Dorado has been pretty decent with lots of action a couple miles off the beach with some smaller ones being caught in the 15lb to 20 lb range and then outside there has been some pretty decent action going on. It mite be a good idea to practice throwing back the smaller Dorado and respecting the limits. The Japs with their nets are raping the world of fish, so really every little bit we do to conserve cant hurt.

SWORDFISH: Hasn't heard of any caught this week.

WAHOO: Yes a few landed over this past week at Gray Rock on jet heads so if your into Wahoo try that area over the next few days.

TUNA: Well, Lots of football size Tuna being caught close to shore about ½ to 2 miles off Rancho Migrino to Margarita area. Most are in the 10lb to 30 pound range and are being taken on king busters and cedar plugs. There is that chance also to land a big Tuna in the 100lb to 200lb range, since we are in Cabo and you never know what we will run into.

INSHORE: Rooster Fish are slowing and the big news inshore is Dorado and Striped Marlin over the last week. Quite a few Tuna in the 10lb to 30lb range also have been caught. There has been Sailfish reported caught inshore also on Pangas so it mite be worth grabbing a Panga and going out for a 5 hour excursion to see what happens inshore.

From The Admirals Kitchen!
JC,s Baja Shrimp Scampi!!
This quick scampi is perfect over pasta or by itself with fresh-squeezed lemon. It serves 2 as a main course and 4 as an appetizer; and it's easy to double for a crowd.

Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup dry white vermouth
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest plus 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves

Directions
Put the shrimp on a large disposable pie pan or paper plate and pat them completely dry with a paper towel. Arrange the shrimp so they lay flat and are evenly spaced.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Add the butter to the skillet. When the foaming subsides, raise the heat to high and invert the plate of shrimp over the skillet so the shrimp fall into the pan all at once. Cook the shrimp, without moving them, for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Turn the shrimp over and cook for 2 minutes more. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl.

Return the skillet to the heat and pour in the vermouth and lemon juice. Boil the liquid until slightly thickened, about 30 seconds. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Stir the lemon zest and parsley into the sauce. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste and toss to combine.

Divide the shrimp among plates or arrange on a platter and serve.

JC,s Baja Mojito Del Sol!!
This is a fabulous Mojito recipe that makes enough for 4 glasses. I usually double or triple the recipe and serve it in a glass pitcher that is garnished with mint leaves. Perfect for after your sportfishing trip party. This Mojito can be made with either white or gold rum but don't leave out the bitters. ¡Vivas!

• 8dashes Angostura bitters
• 2cups club soda, chilled

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large container or bowl, muddle mint with sugar until the mint is coarsely chopped and the sugar has turned a shade of green.
2. Add lime juice, rum and bitters and stir until sugar dissolves.

4. Pour into iced tea or mojito glasses that are filled about 1/3 with crushed ice and top each drink with 1/2 cup of the club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

BEWARE: Please beware of the guys in the street selling boat charters. If you wait till the day you are fishing and go to the dock where your boat is many times people will mislead you to another boat or dock trying to put you on a boat that was not meant for you. You need to have a person guide you to your boat, who is from a reputable charter company. This way there is no confusion or misleading. Please remember when renting Sport fishing boats in Cabo that you rent your boat from reputable and established business. Walk into a fishing fleet office and ask questions about what you are getting and what are the costs? You don't want to rent boats from vendors in the streets and you do not want to book through shady websites offering you the world. Check through travel forums about reputable fishing fleets to deal with. Look for testimonials about the fleet your booking, your charter with. Ask about what will the boat be supplying? Will it include beverages or lunches? How much does it cost to fillet your catch? Check to see if charter boat is insured? Ask about getting your catch smoked? Check cost of a fishing license. These are just a few things to consider when booking your charter boat. We will be talking more about this in the next weeks fishing report. Until next time good fishing and we hope to see you in Cabo soon. Come by the office here in Cabo and get all the latest up to date fishing report. http://www.jcsportfishing.com http://youtu.be/tSXN6pifQyQ
