THE WEST WIND CONTINUES TO BLOW!!!

Beautiful late spring weather is greeting our charter clients with light morning breezes and windy afternoons creating white caps for the ride back to the inlet. Fishing has been great with old friends and Corporate Groups making there way to our desert paradise here at Lands End.

Old friends from Texas, Jack Brown and his family made their way back to Cabo and spent the day on the water with Capt. Pablo "Palin" Cesena and deckhand Daniel. Spending the day on the Pacific side of the peninsula the seas continued to get bumpy but that did not deter the fishing with 1 Striped Marlin released and a nice 45 lb. Wahoo boated before they headed back to the inlet.

For the last several years the folks from SANOFI have planned their annual convention here in our sleepy fishing village and this year they went all out booking 6 or 7 boats per day for 3 days this week. On June 8th. their best boat was the "CISCO" with Capt. Jose "Mocho" Nunez at the controls releasing a Striped Marlin and boating 2 Yellowfin Tuna.

On June 9th. one of those days you read about was had by Mr. O'Connor and his family aboard the great 35' Cabo Flybridge "Picante Dream". They headed due south along the temperature break outside the 1,000 fathom line and were rewarded with releases of 4 Striped Marlin and a Pacific Sailfish. A day not soon forgotten by the O'Connor's.

This week the "Picante Dream" was the hot boat with the folks from SANOFI back on board. Most of these folks have never been deep sea fishing and they had the time of their lives releasing a Striped Marlin and boating 2 Yellowfin Tuna for dinner.

On June 11th. David Carter and his Friends spent the day chasing fish around the Baja peninsula with Captain Juan Carlos "Brincos" Lopez on the beautiful 35' Cabo Express "SALSA" and had a day full of action. They hooked 15 Yellowfin Tuna releasing 6 of the smaller fish. Anybody
