Bird Fishing Hot In Louisiana Marsh South of Mississippi - Made a run to the Louisiana marsh yesterday, and managed to box 30 nice speckled trout and a fine redfish. The birds working over schools of speckled trout and white trout were everywhere, however the majority of the fish were on the small side.

Productive days ahead. - The Speckle Trout are here in full force. The wind has subsided, and air temps are fairly comfortable. Limiting out on Specks takes some work and moving around, but when the wind allows, the outside reefs are on fire.

A perfect day to be on the water! - What a beautiful day the air temperature is in the upper 60's low 70's, with Carolina Blue Skies.

Things are interesting now! - Feels like spring is nearing its peak. Highs are tipping into 80's. But the gentle sea breezes make for an excellent day on the water with very calm conditions.
