Mississippi Gulf Coast Bull Red Drum and Shark report

Long Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report
Catching these "over size" Red Drum is always fun for my customers both on light tackle and medium heavy tackle while offshore. The bite is definitely on as I have found them on most outings so far. The Shark bite has also started here off the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The bite will start to increase in the weeks ahead.
The top water bite on some good trophy Speckled Trout has also begun around or prestige barrier islands. Captain Scott Simpson is locally and nationally known for his guiding ability over the years in directing his customers to some 7 plus pound Trophy Spotted Sea Trout off the Mississippi Gulf Coast with many customers over the past years while in service.
Look for more reports on both species in months ahead.
Sincerely,
Capt. Scott Simpson
