Mississippi Gulf Coast North winds continue to blow !!

Long Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report
With little relief in sight in this weeks marine forecast, north winds continue to dominate each days predictions ?? With all honey doo's done and boat sitting on go it is time for this north wind to come to a halt !! It sounds like most captains from the east coast and charter boats all along the Gulf of Mexico are feeling the effects of our good friend Mother Nature ..
The bite had really started turning on about two weeks back when the stiff South Easterly winds started howling. It is hard to believe that April is already here upon us !! Look for the same patterns, locations, tides, current directions, moon phases etc. which you have logged in your trip log over the years and fish em the same way.
Nothing changes over the years with our local species behavior. The only thing which changes is our attitude, age, lures and the "Ever Shifting Sands" of our barrier islands and the bottom contours.
Good fishing to all..and if you ever visiting the Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast give me a call for a local fishing report or even a fishing charter.
Sincerely,
Captain Scott Simpson
