Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

Made an afternoon run to the barrier islands today to check out the latest winter fishing conditions.

Capt. Robert L. Brodie poses with his big barrier island redfish.
The scouting report is good because the shallows were filled with big redfish and black drum in big numbers.

Ben Benoit poses with a big barrier island redfish.
My good friend Ben Benoit and I caught and released a few for kicks, and on light tackle and in shallow water, well, you can just imagine the fun we had.

Capt. Robert L. Brodie poses with his nice barrier island black drum.
If you want to enjoy some of this action we'll need a rather calm day, but the fish are there for the taking.
Regards,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS
