Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report
TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS had another excellent trip a few days ago, well actually it was two trips on one day.
Two half-a-day trips back to back was a lot of fun, but it's hard on the body at times, especially when the bite is constant on both trips.
The first trip was the Sulzner family from Iowa, and they hammered the white trout, and then finished up the morning doing battle with black drum. A wonderful bay trip! Their take home catch included 50 plus white trout and 15 black drum.
Then on the afternoon trip it was more return clients from Miami, and this wild bunch is always a blast to fish with.
These gentlemen mostly wanted a pull, so we concentrated on black drum. They caught plenty keeping 15 or so, and released some including a huge 35-pound class fish.
Have the weekend all booked up and ready to get back on the water and catch plenty of fish. Come on down folks the fishing is just getting cranked up here in south Mississippi.
