Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report
Today's fishing was rather sparse compared to the last two weeks of big white trout catches.
Day before yesterday you couldn't keep them off the hook, yet today we were scratching for a small mess.
However, Leonard Jarrett from Alabama had a great time catching a mess of the silvery trout as well as a couple of black drum.
For some reason they just didn't turn on today, but that's why the call it fishing not catching.
Never the less, Leonard is coming back in October to do it again, and he's a great guy to fish with.
The last month and a half has been hectic, running practically every day, and I am getting ready to jump in a plane to see Chicago's sites, and catch a ball game at Wrigley Field.

A little time off will be good fo the soul, and I want to thank all of the clients for hanging there with me through all of this oil mess. I truly appreciate your business, and time spent together on south Mississippi's waters.
