Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

Sorry for not posting lately, but it has been business as usual for TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS (TBC).

Our duck season, especially the early season was a great success, and fishing had been steady with a good bite with sheepshead, black drun, and a few redfish.

Recently (TBC)brough in the first Florida pompano of the season, a fine fish caught by Robert Gibson from North Carolina.

Last season was a banner one for (TBC) and 2013 is already booking up nicely.

Many thanks to all of the anglers that makes TBC such a success, and keeping the business rolling along steady year round.

For now we'll be fishing the barrier islands when weather permits, and the sheepshead spawn, and thousands of big drum on the flats will deliver excellent light tackle fishing.

March is booking up fast, and hopefully that's a sign of another banner season of fishing aboard TBC. So get the fishing itch, come on down, and let's catch a mess of fish.

Please be sure to check out my web site at www.teambrodiecharters.com,and check things out on Facebook too under Robert L. Brodie and Team Brodie Charters.
Regards,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS

Mississippi Sound Fishing Forecast:

For the next month the sheepshead spawn will be delivering hot light tackle action. Spinning gear and a live shrimp is the trick to success, and having already caught the first Florida pompano of our season, well, anything might happen in the next few weeks. And yes, the big black drum will be prowling the shallows by the thousands.
Target Species:

sheepshead, black drum, redfish
