Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS continues to haul in the fish despite having to deal with plenty of windy weather.

You nane it in the last month we've caught sharks, hundreds of huge sheepshead, bull redfish, sand sea trout aka "white trout", flounders, southern kingfish aka "ground mullet", Florida pompano, and a couple of speckled trout.

And best of all it's not even close to our prime time fishing.

My loyal following of clients have been keeping the BlackJack on the water consistently, and the catches have been very good.

This year it seems like I haven't slowed down to catch my breath, but in this economy that's a very good thing. Many thanks to all for that!

By the way I'll have articles coming out in MS/LA Game & Fish Magazine in June, and a feature pompano article in Harold Wells Gulf Coast Fisherman later in the summer, as well as an article in American Waterfowler wrote about my guided diving duck hunts on the Mississippi Sound. No rest for the weary! lol

Anyway, March has been booked up nicely and about to run the last 8 days of March before the spring fishing of April sets in.

It has been a windy winter, and this old man is ready for warm summer weather. It's coming so book your trips now before your days gets picked over. Looking forward to seeing everyone once again, and making new friends too.

Life is short...let's fish!
Regards,
Capt. Brodie
