Biloxi, MS - Reefs On Fire...Loaded With Fish...Catch Them Now !

Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

With storms keeping us fishing inshore, well, it's been working the inshore reefs for a hot light tackle bite.

However, it's been really hot fishing, and the white trout bite has been on fire.
Using popping corks and live shrimp my clients have been hammering the trout, as well as a few nice speckled trout and Spanish mackerel.

Once this weather clears look for the fishing to only get better inshore and at the barrier islands.
Last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's trips all produced plenty of white trout, as well as a few flounfer, redfish, and black drum.

On Wednesday, Weeks Crawford and his 7-year-old son Colton boxed 150 white trout, 4 nice specks, and 1 black drum.
On Saturday, Allen Honek, his brother Kenny, and Mike Baldwin boxed 95 white trout, 4 nice speckled trout, and a big Spanish mackerel.
On Sunday, Don Thomason and his boss easily boxed 105 white trout and a nice flounder in a morning outing. More of a fish on practically every cast!
Folks, the fishing is hot and only going to get better, and I have plenty of open dates. NOW is an excellent time to book a trip aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS and enjoy some light tackle fishing fun of your own.
Remember, I offer year round fishing adventures, and a nice 5 hour half a day trip goes for a mere $350.
One to 4 anglers can split up that price, and it covers ice, bait, tackle, fuel, and MS fishing license. All you need to bring is your food and drink.
So what are you waiting for? Take advantage of this top-notch light tackle fish catching fun, and be sure to get the kids in on it too!
Hey, the fishing isn't winding down it's just getting better!
And those white trout...some of the finest fried fillets you can put in your mouth, milder and tastier than a speckled trout.
Take those boneless fillets and roll them in yellow mustard. Once coated in mustard, roll them in your fish fry of choice, I prefer Zatarain's. Now toss those boneless fillets into some hot grease, and quickly get them golden brown.
Make up a pot of baked beans and some potato salad to go along with the delicious fillets, and you're ready to eat like a king.
Regards and many thanks to all,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS
