The adventure continue to roll in aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, and the last couple of days its been shooting ducks or catching fish here in south Mississippi.

On Sunday I had Dr. Randy Patrolia aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS once again for a guided diving duck hunt on the Mississippi Sound, and Randy had the time of his life bagging his limits of redheads and bluebills.

Matter a fact, we both got our limits, and got home early enough to catch the football playoffs. Randy is a pleasure to hunt with, and once again he scored a successful duck hunt with TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS.

It border lined on an extreme hunt with southwest winds in excess of 30 knots at times, but it had the ducks on the move and piling into the decoys.

We used a one-man Ron Banks layout Boat, and 80 diving duck decoys rigged on 3 long lines to fool the ducks. Bottom line, a great hunt with a wonderful client that by the way is an excellent shot.

On Monday I had Don Thomason and Capt. Hal Lowman from Alabama aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, and today Don wanted to catch a mess of sheepshead and black drum.

So off we went looking for the tasty bottom dwellers, not much action in the bay, but eventually found the fish on the front beach area, and there the men boxed 6 sheepshead and 20 black drum, and released a number of fish too.

Don fishes with me about once a month, and is always a hoot to spend a day on the water with. Lost a few big fish too, but that's going to happen fishing 10-pound test tackle near barnacle-encrusted structure.

Got another duck hunt scheduled for Saturday, and will report back then. Remember, Mississippi's duck season closes on January 31, 2010 so be sure to get your last minute duck hunt in aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS.

Offering a late season rate of $350, that's $100 off the regular price, and one man in the layout boat is a fun way to hunt. Be sure to check out my web site for more pictures too.

Regards and many thanks to all,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS
