Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

My clients today were Thomas James of Texas, Terry James of Gautier, MS and his son Kendall. Let me just say this was a remarkable day of non stop fish catching action, and fishing the massive flocks of gulls in the Louisiana marsh was the place of action.

With the new 2170 Blazer Bay and big 36-volt trolling motor it was not a good day for the white trout and specks, but a great day for my clients.

Using Old Bay Side Paradise Popper X-Treme corks, 25-pound-test Seaguar fluorocarbon leader material, and Deadly Dudlies and Cocahoe Minnows the guys wore out the fish.

Althouth they probably released as many as they kept, a total of 100 sand sea trout a.k.a. "white trout", 35 nice speckled trout, and a fine Spanish mackerel came home aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS.
Bottom line, non stop fish catching fun everywhere we went. And it doesn't get any better than than that!
By the way, always make sure your guide out of Mississippi has his $1000 Louisiana Guide Permit, if not, stay away from that character for the fines are steep.
Hey, fishing is fantastic, so hop aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, and create your own adventures.
Regards,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS
