Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

My last couple of charter trips have been focused on catching the hard fighting and delicious eating Florida pompano, and the results have been good.

With 6, 18, and 14 fish respectively, that's a pretty good average of just over 12 pompano per outing. Fishing for pompano takes a bit of patience, skill, and proper rigging technique to catch them in good numbers.

However, once you've landed a few you're ready for a world-class dining experience. Yes, they are that good! These are hard fighting fish, and on light spinning tackle aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS they are a blast to tangle with.

Listen, come and give the pompano a try, it's out of the ordinary, and a new angling challenge to many.

And the new 2170 Blazer Bay can get to the shallow haunts pompano prefer. Plus, the barrier islands are simply beautiful, a great backdrop to a day of angling.

Regards,
Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS
