Mississippi Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report

6-09-09 crew from Iowa never been in Gulf of Mexico, just wanted to see what all they could catch in a day on board WHIPASNAPA. But the main one was the Shark, really wanted to catch some sharks. I like to start out on some little bit smaller stuff get everyone warmed up first.

Had throwed the net that morning got some real nice poggies so stopped on a reef going out main channel an hooked two up for Specks an two up on Whitetrout well the whitetrout was first an they were just throwing over side of boat, an all of a sudden looked up an one was trying to do the same with a big speck.. man you can,t do that yea I see... anyway got three in several nice Whitetrout a Spanish an the little wormies showed so off to the Island to do some chumming. Bat Rays Sting Rays Atlantic sharpnose an some really nice Blacktips made this IOWA crew very excited.
