Bull Shoals - Freshwater Fishing Report

On the recent lower water conditions, the following lures have been the Buoyant spoons (red and gold, 1/6th oz), Little Cleo (gold, or red and gold, 1/8th oz). Rooster tails in yellow or white, Blue Fox #2 and the floating Rapala #5 -#7 are all still working.
Berkley Gulp 2.5" Trout worm in red or pink started picking up the bite in the afternoons.

Fly Fishermen

The olive beaded wooly bugger and the red foxtail squirrel nymph have been a hot ticket item everyday. Some fisher-people have been using a caddis with a midge dropper and doing really well. If and/or when higher water conditions roll in, the sculpin patterns, streamers, micro jigs, and San Juan worms will produce a nice trout stringer
