Branson: Fishing guides have noticed the spawn is done throughout the lake including the lower end. There is a great topwater bite during low light hours; spooks, Sammies and red fins will take most Table Rock Lake bass, look for surfacing fish on flat points and in pockets. Once the topwater bite is done fish will move to the bottom in the same gravel locations. Tightlines UV tubes and UV Finesse worms on a Jewel Squirrel head work well when drug across gravel 8' – 15' deep.
Kimberling City: The topwater bite is just as strong in the mid lake as it is in Branson; Spooks Sammies and Red Fins will take numbers and quality early and late in the day. Fish will follow the same pattern in Kimberling City as in Branson; fishing guides follow fish on pea gravel points and pockets with Tightlines UV tubes and finesse worms on Jewel Squirrel heads from 5' – 15' deep. Better quality fish are starting to show up a little deeper on points in the mid lake as well, Jewel Football jigs and Carolina rigged UV hogs have been taking fish15' – 25'on the sides of points dropping into deeper water.
James River: Much like the rest of Table Rock Lake, Branson fishing guides have been targeting suspended fish early and late with topwater baits until the sun comes up. Once the sun is up switch over to Jewel orange craw and Okeechobee blue ½ oz. football jigs with either J-Tail or Paca chunk trailers. Carolina rigged UV hogs and 6" Finesse worms in UV green and UV green red flake have also been very effective on gravel points and flats 5' – 15' deep. There has been an improving dock bite with Jewel Flippin Finesse jigs, work shady areas around docks thoroughly to draw strikes.
White River: Fishing on the White River is about as good as it gets right now; topwater, Squirrel heads, tubes, football jigs and Carolina rigs have all been putting fish in the boat over the past week. Smallmouth and spotted bass can be found on pea gravel points and in small gravel pockets from Baxter to Eagle Rock. Look for the fish to be surfacing early and late I the day from the bank all the way out to the main channel. As the sun rises switch to Jewel Squirrel heads and UV tubes working them close to the bottom from 8' – 15' deep. Largemouth have been holding on slightly steeper banks near spawning coves, look for ledge rock as a key to finding them. Target these fish Jewel football jigs and Flippin Finesse jigs and pay close attention as the bait falls from one ledge to another.
